I have always been a home and real estate fanatic. I find the real estate market to be fascinating and challenging, all at the same time! In 2015, my husband and I, along with our three kids, bought our own fixer-upper that we now call home.  It has been such a wonderful experience transforming that old and warn house into our wonderful new home! I did all the design work and décor myself and have really enjoyed the project. So many people are amazed at how the inside of the house has transformed from the original listing photos. Though, now that we have the remodel bug, I constantly look for new projects!

When my husband and I bought our home, the market was beginning to get crazy. I remember the stress of looking at so many homes, only to be told that a different offer was just accepted. It was frustrating at times, but I remember our real estate agent was so great about keeping our spirits up and assuring us that we would find just the right home for us.  And now, I cannot imagine our family in any of the other homes that we had thought we wanted so badly. I've been told many times, patience is a virtue and it truly is in this current real estate buying market! 

I have lived in the Madison area for about 15 years and currently live with my husband and our three children in Sun Prairie. I enjoy bicycling, traveling, playing games with my family, being with family and friends, and scouring the market for new homes!  I attended undergraduate college at St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin where I graduated with a degree in Business Administration majoring in International Business with a minor in Spanish. I have lived in two other countries; Spain and Chile and love learning about new cultures.

My Work Experience:

When I started college, I began working at a law firm thinking I wanted to go on to law school. I worked for over 4 years in that firm and worked another 3 in a couple of others. During that time, I came to my senses and realized I didn't want to be a lawyer, though I found the legal field intuitive and challenging. I decided to pursue a career in the corporate world and began working for legal departments in a couple of companies. I enjoyed the challenges that type of work brought, but I was approached with an offer that was too good to refuse and I began working for a joint venture that a local bicycle company had started.  Thus, began my career in the bicycle industry focusing on customer relations, business development, finance, legal work, contract negotiation...you name it, I did it! Over those eight years I became an expert in my field, expanded the business internationally, negotiated hundreds of contracts, and helped build a strong business. Becoming a real estate agent has allowed me to combine many of my skills with my interests in order to create a career that I am passionate about.

My main mission is to provide exceptional service to my clients by conducting myself with honesty and integrity. This always means working to the best of my abilities for my clients, doing what is ethically and morally right, being transparent with my clients, and communicating effectively with all parties. My passion is to help you find your dream home or, sell your current property so you can discover your new home. I will listen to your wants and needs, develop a strategy that works for you, and remove as much of the stress as possible so that you can enjoy this new transition in your life!
